| Abstract | Rolling bearings are used in the mast and bracket sections of forklifts. These bearings rotate in the rollers that are in constant contact with the masts under heavy load while the mast and the bracket move upward and downward. Consequently, outer rings require the characteristics of deep hardened layer with enough compression strength and impact resistance on the bore side, while the outside surfaces require that of unhardened layer to prevent the wear of the masts. In the article, we introduces ball bearings for mast rollers sealed with tight-sealing seals (RK) that have superior in dust-proof and water proof, in addition to the above-mentioned characteristics. |
