| Abstract | As needle roller bearings can carry higher load with smaller cross-sectional area compared to other type of bearings, reduction in size and weight for machine equipment is made possible, thus contributing to energy and space reduction. Recently, thrust type bearings are likely to become larger with flattening tendency of torque converters. While, the demand for radial type bearings for planetary gear inner is increasing as A/T transmissions tend to become more multi-speed. |
