| 要旨 | This research and development has enabled automatic designing of process where machining time becomes the least, by replacing process-designing from one's brainwork to software. Also by considering the machine's characteristics and by integrating the original high-speed machining know-how, the system has become specialized to high-speed machining. From this, operator without much experience has become able to do high-speed die mold milling, as that of the skilled operator. By using this system to manufacturing of golf-iron mold, the total time from process designing to machining has been reduced by 51%. |
