| 要旨 | The PV640J is a high speed, highly effi cient vertical machining center, which has been designed for machining aluminum components predominately automotive related. Customers in this market sector have a strong demand for productivity improvement per surface area, which has compelled us to drastically reduce the required floor space to be the smallest in class. The rapid feedrate and tool changing time (C-C) of #40 specifi cations are 60m/min. and 2.3 seconds respectively, both of which are positioned at the top level in its class. By placing all of the feed drive system to the upper portion of the unit and thus fixing the table, the table can have a load mass as great as 500kg, excellent for a small machine. Having such a feature allows the mountig of automatic fi xtures to the machine as well as providing an additional axis so that customers are free to perform a variety of production patterns. |
