要旨 |
This paper introduces the GL4P-32E CNC cylindrical grinder which is most suitable for the highvolume production of drive and suspension parts, concentrated on automobile transmission shafts, and shaft parts used in home electronics and general industrial machinery. In the case of this machine, the kind of grinding wheel and CNC device are to be selected depending on recent diverse needs of our customers. When our GC50 is selected as a CNC device from eight combinations, to improve the productivity the user can select the various options, such as synchronously-driven left side and right side workhead which does not require setup change, obstacle intervention detection cycle for preventing defects during the production, and roundness measurement function for preventing defective workpieces from leaking to following processes and so on. Furthermore, by using a CBN grinding wheel in normal surface speed range of 45m/s (60m/s as an option), stable grinding accuracy is achievable, resulting in reliability improvement. |
