| 要旨 | We have developed a CNC combined grinder equipped with a NC-indexing wheelhead swiveling unit using a direct drive motor. The wheelhead swiveling time is 2s/180°,therefore the wheelhead changeover time is drastically reduced. Also, the wheelhead swiveling accuracy being as high as ±0.0002°allows for high-accuracy grinding of arbitrary angle tapers. A maximum of three kinds of wheels (two outer diameter grinding and one inner diameter) are mountable on the grinder so customers are able to select from a variety of wheel mounting patterns, the one most suitable for their specifi c product. Furthermore, having so many mounting options available will lead to a reduction in machine numbers as well as an improvement in grinding accuracy achieved by combination grinding. |
