Business Process Development

As part of our business process maintenance, we conduct company-wide "quality system inspections.
Quality system inspections reveal risks (critical risks) and weaknesses that may cause inconvenience to customers so that we can "do the right thing right" and prevent them from occurring.
We manifest risks in our own departments by ourselves and check the processes related to such risks through the eyes of a third party (risk investigator). We also check the mechanisms to prevent the occurrence or outflow of material risks, as well as the mechanisms to deal with them if they should occur or outflow, and work to improve them if any risks are revealed.
