Promotion of TQM Activities
JTEKT has formulated "JTEKT's Basic Philosophy" with the desire to continue to be a company that contributes "for the Earth, for the world, and for our customers. We are making various efforts to put these principles into practice by all employees.
- "February: 'The Basic of Work Month' - a time to reflect on the purpose of work and enhance its quality."
- "May: 'Customer Month' - a time for all employees to reflect on their contributions to customers."
- "November: 'Quality Month' - a time to return to basics and review our work."
- Workshops (by job position) to implement JTEKT's basic philosophy.
- Roundtable meetings for employees to have earnest conversations on diverse topics.

Based on the idea that "good work" comes from "good colleagues" and a "good workplace," we conduct the "TAIWA" survey (*) for all employees once every two months with the aim of creating an open workplace overflowing with "seriousness" and "dialogue.
